We ship across India. Delivery is handled by Amazon, and the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.
Delivery timelines vary by pin code. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take longer. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed by Amazon at checkout.
Track your parcel from Your Orders in your Amazon account or the Amazon app. Tracking updates come directly from Amazon and their delivery partner.
Returns and replacements are processed through Amazon under their standard return window for the category. To start a return, open Your Orders on Amazon, select the item, and choose Return or Replace.
Please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with the product.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, raise a return on Amazon straight away. You can also message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will follow it up from our side.
Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method once the returned item is received and processed. Timelines are set by Amazon and your bank.
